For organizations
We work with organizations that want to give the people they serve tools for prevention and recovery, and to show the impact to funders and boards. Change starts with the individual; organizational collaboration gives each journey of change and recovery a supporting frame.
Who we work with
First: NGOs whose core mission is supporting women and girls who have faced violence, in the US, EU and LATAM. Then: support services for victims of intimate partner violence, separation support organizations, social services, family counseling, unions, public programs, and bodies that train therapists and counselors.
We collaborate worldwide and localize products and materials as needed for each context.
How the model works
Organizations license our private reflection tools for the people they serve. Members use Flag Tracker, Get Closure and the wider suite; the organization sees only aggregated, privacy-protected outcomes. Individual user data is never shared with the referring organization.
Organizations can run interventions with our tools, and they can also bring their own proven interventions and wider change initiatives into the same program, so implementation and results are tracked in one place. Where a specific need calls for it, we develop targeted solutions for the organization's own context, as tools within the program and as part of the wider ecosystem.
Impact evidence for funders
With the impact framework, an organization does not have to buy on faith. It establishes the current situation first, so programs and licenses can be targeted where they are needed most, and it tracks the change that follows. The organization can show outcomes to funders and boards in the form their reporting requires, which makes licenses natural to fund from existing grant and program budgets.
What organization programs can use
Tools can support psychoeducation-style reflection, skills practice and structured noticing when the program’s clinical, legal and safeguarding responsibilities remain with qualified staff and the host organization.
We do not position consumer tools as clinical assessment instruments for organizations. Any organizational deployment should define roles, consent and escalation paths together with us.
Impact evaluation
Where organizations want to understand outcomes at aggregate level, we may collaborate with evaluoi.ai (Impact Intelligence). Individual user data from consumer applications is not intended to be shared with the user’s employer or referring organization.

Relationship safety at work
For employers and public-sector organizations we offer Relationship safety at work: a workplace platform that turns a hunch, or an already defined concern, into visible group-level patterns, structured human-approved interventions, and measured change. For the organization it works as an operating system for planning interventions and tracking how they are implemented and what changes.
